Shipping & Exchanges
As our sale progresses, you may find that the size or color you would like to order may no longer be available. Additionally, please know that because our store and website inventories are pooled together, and because our store sales run concurrently with our web sale, some items that show as available may have been purchased earlier the same day at one of our stores. Our inventories update each night after midnight, so this is never more than a 24-hour discrepancy. If you order an "available" item that we have sold the same day, we will e-mail you that discrepancy and give you a chance to update your order.
Shipping
We at Zoe & Friends do our best to send your order out promptly. In most cases, this means the next business day. Currently, we offer free shipping on apparel orders over $100.00.
Exhanges
The following items cannot be returned:
All other products purchased through Zoe & Friends can be returned up to 20 days from the purchase date. Returned items will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us for an RA#. Products must be returned unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging to receive a full refund.
