Pre-Orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. These items are ordered and reserved for you. At that time, they are taken out of our stock. We will ship them as soon as they arrive in our store.

You may pre-order merchandise rifgt from our website and PAY IN FULL for your items at the time the pre-order is placed--your credit card will be charged at this time.

 

Or, you may call or e-mail us with your pre-order list and we will take a 25% deposit on the items you pre-order. The balance will be charged to you when we ship the item(s).

 

Because the items you order are taken out of stock and held especially for you and no longer available for others to purchase, a cancelled pre-order is subject to a 15% cancellation fee of the total cancelled portion of the order. Any amount paid towards a cancelled pre-order is eligible for a store credit only. Pre-orders that have been be paid in full will be eligible for a store credit minus the cancellation fee.

 

We are not responsible for Pre-Order items that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. Arrival dates are windows given by the manufacturer. We consider an item to be ON SCHEDULE as long as it is within 30 days of the window given by the manufacturer. There are times when a manufacturer may not be able to fullfill or complete our order. If this happens, you will notified via email and a full refund will be given to you. This includes when a manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style or does not ship us that style for any reason.
